Rates are single or double occupancy, include a full breakfast and are subject to a 12% hotel tax. Each additional person by prearrangement is $20 per night. Rates are subject to change. Mid week rates may be available.

$50 deposit required

A one nights deposit is required and must be received within seven days to confirm a reservation. There is a two night minimum stay if a Saturday night is included and on some holidays. MasterCard, Visa, American Express and personal checks accepted.

The deposit is refundable if a cancellation is received seven days prior to arrival minus $15 processing and administrative fees.

For the enjoyment of out guests, smoking is only allowed on the porches and patios.
